With our Awesome Wristband Program and/or Awesome Movie Night your group or organization can enjoy a fun and profitable fundraiser.1) Awesome Wristband Program
How our Awesome Wristband Program works:
 | Your school, church, group or organization picks a day any Monday thru Thursday for your Awesome Party Inflatable Fundraiser. |
 | About 3 to 4 weeks before your Awesome Event you start advertising and selling wristbands. Awesome Party Inflatables will give you up to 500 postcards for you to either mail or hand out about this awesome event and fundraiser. A minimum of 75 wristbands must be sold or the event can be cancelled. |
 | Awesome Party Inflatables will provide our most popular inflatables number of inflatables depends on how many wristbands are sold. Awesome Party Inflatables will also provide 1 sno-cone, 1 cotton candy, 1 popcorn machine and at least 2 supervisors for your 3-4 hour event. |
 | The school, church, group or organization must provide attendants for the inflatable rides, and help assist in the set-up and tear-down of these inflatables. |
The Awesome Party Inflatable Wristbands sell for $10.00 each and includes unlimited play on all inflatables at the event along with 2 tickets for concessions (sno-cones, popcorn or cotton candy).
The group/organization receives a percentage of the wristbands sales as follows:
 | Selling 1-75 wristbands nets 10% of sales |
 | Selling 76-200 wristbands nets 20% of sales |
 | Selling 201-500 wristbands nets 40% of sales |
 | Selling 501 or more wristbands nets 50% of sales. |
Also, any additional concession sales during the event will net the group/organization 30% of those sales. Our Awesome Fundraising Program will allow you to earn money for your group/organization, with no out of pocket expenses. We provide the wristbands and the postcards. You supply the sellers. 2) Awesome Movie Night
How our Awesome Movie Night Program works:
 | Your school, church, group or organization picks an evening any day of the week for your Awesome Party Inflatable Fundraiser. |
 | About 4 to 5 weeks before your Awesome Event begins you pick out the movie to be shown by contacting Swank Entertainment's Tracy Hedrick. Awesome Party Inflatables will help the group/organization with this. |
 | About 3 to 4 weeks before your Awesome Event you start advertising and selling 'Movie Tickets'. Awesome Party Inflatables will print up to 200 flyers for hand outs. a minimum of 75 tickets must be sold or the event can be cancelled. |
 | Awesome Party Inflatables will provide our awesome "Outdoor Cinema" movie screen theater package including the Awesome 275" Jumbo Screen, projector, DVD player, sound system and microphone. Awesome Party Inflatables will also supply 1 popcorn machine, 1 cotton candy machine and sodas, and at least 2 supervisors for your 3-4 hour event. If sales of tickets are high enough Awesome Party Inflatables will supply one of our popular inflatables. |
The Awesome Party Inflatable "Movie Tickets" sell for $10.00 each which includes admission into movies along with 2 tickets for concessions (popcorn, cotton candy, or soda)
